Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
✅ 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
● You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange, provided:
● Items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging (for hygiene and safety).
● Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
● Opened or used pet cleaning gadgets (e.g., electric brushes, UV cleaners).
● Toys or beds with visible damage from pet use (chewed, torn, or soiled).
How to Return an Item?

2️⃣ Pack & Ship
● Securely repackage the item in its original box.
● We'll tell you, Once our rider will coming.
3️⃣ Track Your Return
● We’ll email you once we receive and inspect your item.
Refunds & Exchanges

● Approved Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days and issued to your original payment method.
🔄 Exchanges
● Need a different size, color, or product? Email us, and we’ll guide you!
💳 Store Credit
● Prefer credit? We’ll issue a voucher for future purchases (valid 1 year).
Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

● We’ll send a replacement or refund immediately (no return needed!).
Pet-Specific Exceptions
🐶 Picky Pets? We Get It!
● If your pet refuses a calming bed or ignores a toy, email us! We’ll help you find a better match or offer store credit.
⚠️ Safety First!
● All products meet UKCA/CE safety standards. If you suspect a safety issue, stop use and contact us ASAP.
Note: We don't take any return/refunds for Dog clothes, if the buyer selects wrong size.
